Dev Ganguly is responsible for leading the development and integration of technology solutions across Jackson to support growth and innovation efforts. He oversees Jackson’s enterprise software and solutions delivery, cybersecurity and infrastructure operations, enterprise data, insights and digital business, and enterprise portfolio and program management teams. He also serves as an executive sponsor of the company’s inclusion program. He earned a bachelor’s degree in engineering, electronics and power from the National Institute of Technology in India. He also serves on the Board of Directors for the Insured Retirement Institute (IRI) and Junior Achievement of Mid-Michigan.
